What does Natural Rapport mean?

It's our promise to use only pure, natural ingredients free from chemicals and additives, our commitment to give back to animals in need, and our unwavering dedication to help build a stronger bond between you and your dog.

How do I create an account?

Our system does not automatically create an account for you when you place an order, so even if you've purchased from us before, you still may need to create an account.

Simply create an account here and you'll be able to see your order history, store shipping addresses, manage subscriptions and keep your payment info safe for next time.

How do I edit my account info?

Just head here and login. That'll take you to your account where you can update everything from your password to your address!

Forgot your password?

Click on "Reset your password" on the login page, and we'll send you a magic link to reset it.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

You can sign up for a wholesale account here

Who is eligible for a wholesale account?

We partner with independent pet retailers across the US and some retailers who have their own e-commerce stores.

We can partner with retailers outside the US, but are only able to ship products that do not contain any meat/animal by-products.

We do not work with companies that resell products on third party platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.

Oops, can I make a change?

We understand things happen. If you placed your order within the last 24 hours, shoot us an email at info@naturalrapport.com and we'll see if we can adjust it before it ships out.

Returning something?

No problem! You have 30 days from the purchase date to send it back. Just email our Customer Care Team with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Can I exchange for something else?

We can definitely help with that! Email our Customer Care Team with your order number, a photo of the unopened product, and the reason for the exchange.

Do you offer subscriptions?

We offer subscriptions on most of our products (bundles not included) so you can keep your furry friend stocked up on their favorites without even thinking about it.

Can I send a gift?

We're currently working on making gift-giving with Natural Rapport even better! We have gift cards available for purchase on our website.

Do you have a guarantee?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your Natural Rapport products, please reach out to our Customer Care Team and we'll do everything we can to make things right.

How can I track my order?

You can see exactly where your order is by logging into your account and clicking on "My Orders." Easy peasy!

Where do you ship?

We currently deliver anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We hope to add international shipping in the future!

Can I get free shipping?

All orders over $49 ship for free!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days with standard shipping. We also offer a 2-day option (excluding weekends and holidays) for those times when your pup needs a refill ASAP.

Is everything made in the USA?

Yes! Every single Natural Rapport product, from treats to grooming supplies, is proudly made right here in the USA.

How long do your treats and supplements last on the shelf?

Our dehydrated treats have a shelf life of 2 years and our freeze-dried treats have a shelf life of 18 months. No need to refrigerate!

Our soft chews supplements last 2 years thanks to our special cold-pressed process.

What are plant-based grooming products?

Our grooming products are cruelty-free and free from potentially irritating ingredients such as drying alcohols, parabens, sulfates, phosphates, and dyes. Our formulations are also 95.5-99% derived from natural sources like coconut and palm, making them gentle even for the most sensitive skin and coats!

As a small, family-owned brand, we are committed to making eco-concious decisions, opting for better ingredients wherever possible, and and improving as we grow!

What is your fragrance made of?

Currently, our gentle & effective formulas are powered by plants with 95-98.8% naturally derived ingredients and a synthetic fragrance. We're committed to using 100% natural ingredients and are working towards switching to all-natural fragrances derived from essential oils in 2025!

How does your Pet Stain & Odor Remover work?

Our Pet Stain & Odor Remover uses naturally occurring enzymes to completely eliminate odors and those "accidents" that happen sometimes (a nice way of saying blood, urine, feces, and vomit). Plus, it's plant-based, so no harsh chemicals near your precious fur baby or your little humans!

How effective is your Anti-Chew Spray?

Just like humans have different taste buds, so do dogs! Our spray is made with the world's most bitter substance (no bitter apple!), is free of alcohol, and completely safe for dogs. While most pups find our bitter Anti-Chew Spray completely unappetizing (think grapefruit on steroids!), there is a chance your furry friend might be an odd one out. No worries, just reach out to us if that's the case!

How can your Ice Melt be safe for dogs?

Our secret weapon is a special, eco-friendly formula! It uses organic technology that melts ice faster, but is 75% gentler on paws compared to other ice melts.This means it's safer for your furry family, your kids, your car, and even your plants! Plus, we've added some special biodegradable ingredients to keep your grass and landscaping looking great – just like our commitment to natural pet care.

Are your treats AAFCO certified / "complete and balanced"?

AAFCO only applies to pet food, not treats! Treats are meant for rewarding your pup, not as a full meal to replace your dog's regular food. You can learn more about this directly from the AAFCO website here.
