How do I edit my account information?
Click on the ‘person’ icon in the upper right corner of the site and log in to your account. You can also click here: My Account. From here you can manage your addresses, reset your password, and look at your order history.
How do I reset my password?
Click on My Account or click on the person icon at the top right of our site to sign in to your account. From the login page, click on the link that says "Forgot your password?" An email with a reset password link will be sent to you.
ORDERS
How do I track my order?
Click on My Account or click on the ‘person’ icon at the top right of our site to sign in to your account. From the login page, click on “My Orders" and choose the order number that you would like to track. Then click on the tracking number provided for the order.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed online. If your order was placed within 24 hours, you may email us at support@naturalrapport.com to find out if there is still time to modify it.

Do you offer refunds?
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their Natural Rapport products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at support@naturalrapport.com and we’ll do our best to make things right.
What is your return policy?
We ask that all returns be made within 30 days from the original purchase date. To inquire about a return/refund, please reach out to us at support@naturalrapport.com and include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond to all customers within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday).

Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii & Alaska. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
Do you offer free shipping?
All orders over $49 ship for free!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard Shipping - 3-5 business days
2 Day Shipping - excludes holidays and weekends and does not count towards free shipping.

Are your products made in the USA?
Every single one of our products, including all of our treats, are manufactured and sourced right here in the USA.
What is the shelf life of your treats?
18 months - (single ingredient, dehydrated, freeze-dried, no refrigeration)
What is the shelf life of your soft chew supplements?
18 months - (we use a no water, no bake process)
Do you offer subscriptions?
We do not currently offer subscriptions at this time, but might in the future.
What exactly are ‘plant-based’ grooming products?
Our line of plant-based grooming products are all 95.5-99% derived from plant-based surfactants like coconut and palm. Additionally, our grooming products do not contain any alcohol, parabens, sulfates, or phosphates to keep them as gentle and safe for even the most delicate skin and coat.
How does your Pet Stain & Odor Remover work?
Our Pet Stain & Odor Remover is a bioenzymatic cleaner that uses enzymes to completely eliminate odors and any organic offenders (nice way of saying blood, urine, feces, and vomit). Additionally, we use a plant-based formula which means no harsh chemicals near your pets or kids!
How effective is your Anti-Chew Spray?
Every dog’s palette is different (just like humans) and while the majority of dogs can’t stand the taste of our bitter anti-chew spray, there is a small chance that your dog might like it. Our spray is made from the most bitter substance on the planet and is devoid of alcohol and propylene glycol (potentially toxic to the kidneys & liver) so it is completely safe for your pup.
How is your Ice Melt safe for dogs?
Our proprietary, eco-friendly formula uses organic technology that reduces corrosion rates by up to 75% compared to other ice melts, making it safer for your pets, kids, vehicles, and most surfaces. We also added some biodegradable soil supporting compounds to help keep your grass and plants as green as our mission.
